Safety videos

Some ATVs have a short operation video assigned to them. Where one exists, it has to be watched before that machine can leave.

If the ATV you booked has no video assigned, the step does not appear at all — there is nothing to do and nothing is being withheld.

Watch it in the app

This is the one step that has to happen in the Trail Time iOS app. The web page shows you the same video, but only the app records that you watched it. Watching it here and then arriving expecting to ride will leave you blocked at check-out.

Watch the whole thing

These cover how the specific machine you are taking behaves, and you are about to ride it. The app records the video once it reaches the end.

Who has to watch

The person who booked the rental. Other people on the party can watch too, and their viewing is recorded, but it is the renter's that satisfies the requirement.

When it is asked for

After your deposit hold is in place — which for a reservation means after you arrive — and before check-out, alongside the photos. It is not offered earlier, so if you cannot find it yet, that is why.

Videos that are not required

Some videos are offered as help rather than required — how to work the keybox, for instance. Those gate nothing. Watch them if they are useful to you.
